SHIPPING POLICY

We use DHL and ship Next Day Delivery. Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating your order is on its way and your tracking details will be added to your order in your account. The parcel number you receive may not be trackable. Orders can take up to 24/48hr to process and does not include the shipping time. If there is a delay with any processing of the order on our end, we will email to let you know. Orders placed from Friday at 5.30pm will not be processed till we re-open the following Monday. If you need your items faster we suggest emailing first to guarantee delivery for a certain day,

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel doesn’t turn up in the allocated time frame, we will work with the parcel company to obtain compensation (if an insured parcel method was used). Lost parcels are confirmed lost after 14 working days, the customer must wait for this period to elapse before compensation can begin, no refunds will be given until compensation is confirmed.

UK Delivery (Excludes Republic of Ireland):

  • DHL Next Day Delivery (Trackable & Insured) Shipping 24/48hr £7.50

  • Gift wrapped & with personal message a further £2.50 is added to the delivery cost

RETURNS

We do not cover the cost of postage for returns. You can return to store for free if purchased online, however we will ask you provide proof of purchase.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up in store at The Garnet Stores & Supplies. You will receive an email stating your order is ready (usually within 24 hours.)

Please choose this option in the shipping & bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
