Churros For The People Sunday pop up is back!

We are very happy to announce that our wonderful market neighbours, Churros to the people, will be returning for Sunday pop ups here at the Garnet pub.

From Sunday 14th April you can order your food from the stall, and they will deliver to your table at the pub. Simple come in and find a table and a menu, pop over to their stall to order, and they will bring over delicious plates of Spanish Streetfood for you to enjoy! From bar snacks to Tapas, Sandwiches or even Steak! Serving Sunday in style

And if you’re looking to pair it with a good wine, we can highly recommend the following:

L’Hurluberlu Sebastien David. Crunchy, wild, vibrant Cabernet Franc. L'Hurluberlu is exuberant and fresh, brimming with cherry, raspberry and cranberry flavours that dance all over your palate. This is the definition of a natural red: nothing put in, nothing taken out, just pure 'Vin de Terroir'

Chinon 2022 Les Granes Domaine Bernard Baudry. Beautifully made, full and crisp Cabernet Franc fruit with minimal intervention, aged in cement tanks. The results are super. There is a good crunch to the black-currant and cherry nuanced fruit and a lovely leafy freshness too. Easy, joyful with a fascinating wild side that casts a tantalising, spicy shadow over this sparkling beauty.
