Beautifully made, full and crisp Cabernet Franc fruit with minimal intervention, aged in cement tanks. The results are super. There is a good crunch to the black-currant and cherry nuanced fruit and a lovely leafy freshness too. Easy, joyful with a fascinating wild side that casts a tantalising, spicy shadow over this sparkling beauty.
