100% Grenache. 55% whole-bunch fermentation. Aged for 10 months in old oak barrels. Very light crimson. Fresh, red-fruited nose – the strawberry/raspberry character joined by a touch of thyme and pink peppercorns. Crunchy, vibrant and pure on the palate and with the merest touch of tannic grip. Spicy persistence. Very much in the new-wave light-touch Grenache mould – and a strong example of the style.
