• Cheddar & Rosemary are a savoury flapjack made with rolled oats, British cheddar and rosemary. A moreish cheese bite that can be eaten as a snack or as an accompaniment to aperitifs.

• Cheddar & Chilli are a moreish cheese and oat biscuit, ideal accompaniment to drinks.

All are carefully made in small batches, by hand in their kitchen at home, to a recipe Simon’s have been using for over 30 years.
